We need to talk about ....

Sutton 1 in 4 is a group of people who use local mental health services, and try to use their experiences to improve services.  We meet a couple of times a month; once to talk through issues together, and then once to talk to commissioners and service providers about new and existing services, what is working well and what needs to improve.

Some of our members also take part in other meetings held by the local Council, the mental health trust and commissioners, to put forward the voice of service users.

Activities

While we are called a Crisis Café, we don't really offer food - although a cup of tea can be very helpful. And don't expect lots of activities - if you want yoga, art or mindfulness, we offer those in our daytime service at the Belmont Connect.
We are aware some people are having issues with the referral forms, if you are having problems, please email us at admin@smhf.org.uk or give us a call on 020 8770 0172.
