If you need support, we are open for telephone appointments Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10:30 am to 2:30pm.

Sutton Wellbeing Line
Sutton Mental Health Foundation is working with Sutton Council to deliver a free phone service for those in need of support within the London Borough of Sutton.
Coming soon - free online wellbeing activities through January, February and March, including: coffee morning; art for wellbeing and creative writing.
The Mayor of Sutton's Virtual Fundraising Quiz in association with the Highfields Residents Association is taking place on the 5th February. All proceeds to Sutton Mental Health Foundation and Home-Start Sutton.
