Sutton Mental Health Foundation is looking to recruit a full-time administrator to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the organisation and premises and that other SMHF staff and volunteers have adequate support to work efficiently.  You will also be our first point of contact, welcoming new people and callers to the service and helping them access the support needed.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay: £ 22,750

Base: At SMHF premises (63 Downs Road, Belmont, SM2 5NR)

Responsible to: CEO

Starting: As soon as possible

Sutton Crisis Café - Crisis Support Workers (4 posts)

Working in the Crisis Café, your role will be to work with people experiencing a mild to moderate mental health crisis.  You will make them feel safe and listened to, and help them to navigate their crisis over a series of visits, hopefully leading up to a resolution.

Sutton Crisis Café Manager

We are looking for someone with strong management and leadership skills who will develop the service in collaboration with existing and new staff.  You will take responsibility for the efficient and safe running of the crisis café while ensuring the service remains person-centered, non-judgmental and focused on those using the service.  You will have good people skills and be able to effectively manage a team of staff, as well as support people in mild to moderate mental health crisis.

Sutton Crisis Café Deputy Manager

We are looking for someone to support the Crisis Café Manager, and who can step into their shoes when needed.  In addition, you will take the lead on recruiting and managing volunteers, coordinating staff training, publicising the service and ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date.
