The services we offer

The Belmont Connect "drop-in" remains closed for now, but we are able to offer the following limited appointments to those in need of additional support at this time.

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE - WE CAN NOT LET ANYONE INTO THE BUILDING WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

One-to-one support

If you feel you would benefit from some one-to-one support for your mental health, or you have a specific issue you would like someone to help you with, we are able to offer individual support appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

Citizens Advice Sutton

If you need specialist help or advice, for example with benefits or housing, family matters, debt or employment issues, you can book an appointment for advice. Appointments are available on Thursday mornings, in partnership with Citizens Advice Sutton. Appointments can take place over the telephone or via Zoom (if you do not have internet access at home, you can book an appointment at Belmont Connect to use one of our computers).

Computer access

Do you need computer access?  Because of Covid, a lot of services and appointments have moved online.  At Belmont Connect you can book an appointment to use one of our computers in a safe, socially distanced environment. Check your emails, make a booking, fill in a form, attend an online appointment or meeting – you can do it all safely here. Appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

Covid precautions and other important information

DO NOT ATTEND FOR ANY APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO SELF-ISOLATE, OR IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, OR IS SHOWING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:

  • a temperature or fever (over 37.8°C) in the last 48 hours;
  • a new persistent cough in the last 48 hours;
  • a loss or change to sense of smell or taste.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and socially distance whilst you wait to be let in to the building.

You must maintain a social distance of at least 2 metres from anyone else who is not in your support bubble -  whilst waiting outside and whilst inside the building.

Upon entering the building please ensure that you use hand sanitiser (either your own or that provided at the entrance), and that you are wearing a face covering at all times (it is your responsibility to bring your own face covering with you).

There will be a ten minute break between all appointments to ensure all areas and equipment are cleaned prior to the next appointment.

Our computers are Covid safe – they are cleaned regularly and we will ask you to wear a face covering and gloves whilst using them.
