We have now launched a new group for the Polish Community, led by Polish speaking Wellbeing Peer Trainer. This will provide people with a chance to meet with fellow Polish people, within the community and also one-to-one sessions with our Polish Intentional Peer Support Worker. Giving them a chance to meet together to talk and be listened to,therefore enhancing wellbeing.
We will now be holding a Yoga session every Monday afternoon, between 1:45 and 2:45. The session is suitable for beginners, so come along and take part. (yoga mats are provided) For more information please contact us
