Our events and activities are free to anyone over the age of 18 living in the London Borough of Sutton, who needs support with their mental health.

All events and activities must be booked to guarantee your place. See further information below.

Creative / Mindful

Our creative and mindful activities, including art and meditation, offer a range of benefits for mental health.

Physical

Taking part in regular physical activity significantly enhances mental health, come and join us for line dancing, indoor tennis or boxing.

Supportive

Get the support you need at one of our group support sessions including OCD and Hearing Voices.

Social

Engaging in social activities can help improve your mood. Enjoy a discussion at book club, a game of mahjong or just a chat with others at a drop-in session.

Informative

Our regular information and advice sessions on a variety of topics are hosted by ourselves or by relevant external professionals.
