Sutton Mental Health Foundation is pleased to announce that Mindfulness & relaxation with Olga will start on Monday 10th August. The sessions will be hosted on Zoom on Mondays at 7pm.
Mindfulness – the ability to be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness can have many benefits, from lowering stress levels to improving your focus and happiness.
