If you have any concerns about your drug or alcohol use, Inspire are here to help you. Appointments are available on Tuesdays 12pm-2pm.

If you need specialist help or advice, for example with benefits or housing, family matters, debt or employment issues,  appointments are available on Thursday mornings, in partnership with Citizens Advice Sutton.

If you need computer access to check your emails, make a booking, fill in a form or attend an online appointment, you can book a one hour slot in our IT hub to use one of our computers in a safe, socially distanced environment.

Due to the ongoing Covid situation, regulations and guidance remain in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have returned to many in-person events (all with limited numbers and you must book in advance) but we continue to offer some events on Zoom for those who feel more comfortable with this option.

The Belmont Connect "drop-in" is currently open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 2pm.  For information on our current drop-in times and details of our activities, please see our timetable on the Events page.

If you feel you would benefit from some one-to-one support for your mental health, or you have a specific issue you would like someone to help you with, you can book an appointment with one of our support workers.

Do you need computer access to check your emails, make a booking, fill in a form, attend an online appointment? You can book a one hour slot in our IT hub to use one of our computers in a safe, socially distanced environment.

If you need specialist help or advice, for example with benefits or housing, family matters, debt or employment issues,  appointments are available on Thursday mornings, in partnership with Citizens Advice Sutton.

    New timetable of activities

We are now able to offer a limited range of activities and events at the Belmont Connect "drop-in".

Check out our November/December timetable for details of all the activities currently on offer.  As always all of our events and activities are free except for any refreshments. Due to ongoing Covid restrictions, places are limited so booking is essential.

    Support services

Our aim is to provide support for people within the London Borough of Sutton who suffer from mental distress. Connection is a key part in everything we do, it helps us to form relationships and bonds which means we can offer support to those who need it. Our three main areas of support are:

    Belmont Connect

In "normal circumstances" we run a drop-in centre offering social contact, learning opportunities and support in a safe and welcoming environment to people recovering from mental distress.
