Sutton wellbeing line

Sutton Mental Health Foundation is working with Sutton Council to deliver a free phone service for those in need of support within the London Borough of Sutton.

Until mid-April SMHF will be operating Sutton Wellbeing Line - a dedicated freephone line running Monday to Friday, which residents can call if  they need someone to talk to.

Sometimes just talking to someone can be really helpful; our staff are here to listen and offer support. We can also put you in touch with other organisations who may be able to help if that is what is needed.

Hours for week commencing Monday 12th April:

  • Monday 12noon - 8pm
  • Tuesday 12noon - 8pm
  • Wednesday 12noon - 8pm
  • Thursday 12noon - 2pm & 4pm - 8pm
  • Friday 12noon - 8pm

Art 4 wellbeing

Online art classes with Anna. Express yourself through creative art.

Weekly on Mondays 6pm to 8pm until 26th April.

Mindfulness

Online mindfulness with Olga. Selfcare is so important - take some relaxation time just for you.

Weekly on Mondays 7pm to 7:30pm.

Coffee morning

If you are feeling lonely or just fancy a relaxed chat then join Danielle and Fiona for a virtual coffee morning.

Weekly on Tuesdays 11:30am to 12:30pm until 13th April.

Drama group

Online drama group with Amaia. Everyone welcome, no experience needed. Just bring yourself and a mind ready to explore.

Weekly on Tuesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm until 4th May.

Yoga

Online yoga with Olga. Boost your physical and mental wellbeing, suitable for all abilities.

Weekly on Thursdays 7pm to 8pm.
