One-to-one support

  • 50-minutes with a member of the team
  • In-person, telephone or video appointments - choose what feels right for you
  • Available every evening from 6:30pm – 10:20pm
  • Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year

Online group support

  • A supportive online space to connect with others
  • Runs on Saturdays and Sundays, 4pm until 6pm

Before joining, we’ll ask you to book a short onboarding appointment, please email crisiscafe@smhf.org.uk to arrange. This helps us make sure:

  • You can access the group easily
  • The service feels right for you

After you have attended your onboarding appointment you will be given the link to book the online group support sessions.
