As restrictions lift we are gradually returning to in-person events, in the line with the government's recently published ‘COVID-19 Response - Spring 2021’. However, some events are still taking place on Zoom for now.

Our events and activities are free to anyone over the age of 18 living in the London Borough of Sutton.

Wellbeing activities

Our regular wellbeing activities currently include yoga and mindfulness, with new instructors.

Support groups

The Sutton Hearing Voices group and the Sutton OCD Support Group are both taking place in-person.

Each month we organise information and advice sessions on a variety of topics, hosted by ourselves or by relevant external professionals.

We all get more forgetful as we get older, but there are things you can do about it.  The way you live your life, and in particular the way in which you eat, can make a huge difference to your memory, slowing down cognitive decline or even reversing it.

Coffee Morning

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness week, we are bringing back the Virtual Coffee Morning. Join Danielle and Teresa for this special one-off session on Tuesday 11th May, 11:30am to 12:30pm.

Smoothie hour

Relax, have a chat and choose from a selection of feel-good smoothies.

Smoothies offer a super convenient way to get your fruits and veggies in while also nourishing your body with many essential vitamins and minerals.

Weekly on Tuesdays 11am to 12pm at Belmont Connect.


We have a new instructor as our classes return to Belmont Connect.

Suitable for all abilities. Mats provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water if possible.

Coffee morning

If you are feeling lonely or just fancy a relaxed chat then join Danielle and Fiona for a virtual coffee morning.

Weekly on Tuesdays 11:30am to 12:30pm until 13th April.

Drama group

Online drama group with Amaia. Everyone welcome, no experience needed. Just bring yourself and a mind ready to explore.

Weekly on Tuesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm until 4th May.
