As restrictions lift we are returning to mostly in-person events, in the line with the government's recently published ‘COVID-19 Response - Spring 2021’. However, some events are still taking place on Zoom for now.

Our events and activities are free to anyone over the age of 18 living in the London Borough of Sutton.

Wellbeing activities

Our regular wellbeing activities currently include yoga and mindfulness, with new instructors.

Support groups

The Sutton Hearing Voices group and the Sutton OCD Support Group are both taking place in-person.

Each month we organise information and advice sessions on a variety of topics, hosted by ourselves or by relevant external professionals.

7 week drama course - leading to a show

Join Amaia for a 7 week drama course (plus additional rehearsals) leading to a final show on Sunday 10th October.  Booking is for all sessions.

Fridays 10am to 12pm, commencing 27th August at Belmont Connect.

How Nutritional Intervention Helps Type 2 Diabetes

A 4 week course run by Dr Zeeba Shariff, Croydon Nutritional Practice. Booking is for the complete 4 week course.

Signpost Sutton - Basic sign language

Sign Language is a visual means of communicating using gestures, facial expression, and body language. Sign Language is used mainly by people who are Deaf or have hearing impairments.

Managing Pain

A 6 week course to help you manage and cope with a painful condition

  • A friendly and interactive course with a mixture of education and group discussion.
  • Understand more about your situation and the issues that affect pain.
  • Learn about how to find new ways to manage and cope with your pain.

We continue to offer a selection of FREE weekly wellbeing activities including Mindfulness and Yoga. We also have our regular support groups - Sutton Hearing Voices group and Sutton OCD support group.
