It all starts with how are you today?

Sundays can be tough.  We are open for a friendly, non-judgemental place to be, and affordable lunch and a chat.

We offer a space for people over 18 who feel the need for some support with their mental well-being.

This could be something like anxiety and depression, stress or perhaps loneliness.

Maybe you have something on your mind, like housing or the cost of living crisis?

Or maybe you just want to get out for a bit.

What's available?

Lunch is served at 1 pm.  Bookings required by Friday 2pm.

  • Lunch (incl. dessert) £3.50 (discounted rate £2.50)
  • Unlimited tea and coffee £1
  • Snacks incl. crisps & chocolate from 50p
  • Cans of soft drinks 80p

When? 11.30am - 4.30pm every Sunday from 26th October 2025 to 29th March 2026.

Where? 63 Downs Road Belmont SM2 5NR.

We are a 5 minute walk from Belmont Train station and a number of bus stops on routes 80, 164, 280, S1, S3 and S4.
