Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) for people in Sutton
Cranstoun Inspire is a community drug and alcohol service that works to support people wanting to change their alcohol and/or drug use in any way across the London Borough of Sutton. You can refer yourself to the service and referrals can also be made by your GP, housing provider, probation officer and other professionals.
The Living Room is a quiet, homely, shared wellbeing space at Worcester Park Baptist Church.
Wednesdays, anytime between 3pm and 6pm.
Pop in or stay a while to enjoy hobbies, refreshments, company and conversation or just enjoy some peace in our quiet area.
The Living Room is for anyone aged 18 and over. And it's free of charge.

No Panic (Sutton & Merton) is a self-help group that provides support to people suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. Support meetings are held weekly on Wednesdays from 2pm - 3.30pm. The group exists to offer people support for their anxieties by talking to fellow sufferers and helping them to live a more positive life.
A friendly, inclusive choir focused on boosting mental wellbeing through singing and community. Open to all adults regardless of ability. Meets at Chiltern Church, SM2 5QY

The Sutton Older People Community Mental Health Team provides specialist assessment, support and treatment for individuals aged 75+ who have moderate to severe mental health conditions.
The service works closely with carers, relatives and social services to ensure a joined up approach to care planning.
Referrals can be made by GPs, or other health professionals
Age UK Sutton’s Prevention and Wellbeing Service helps older adults live later life to the fullest by promoting connection, health, and independence. The service takes a proactive approach to mental and physical wellbeing, offering group activities, community engagement, and harm reduction support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life. Through tailored advice and inclusive programmes, it empowers individuals to stay active, safe, and socially connected within their local community.

OCD Action has a helpline and lots of information and support for people living with OCD and their carers.
The Rethink Mental Illness advice and information service offers practical advice on a wide range of topics for people living with mental illness and their carers. These include access to mental health care treatments, The Mental Health Act, social care, and carers rights.

We offer a freshly cooked meal (which varies daily), at a very reasonable cost. A vegetarian option is always available. We also offer tea, coffee, squash and snacks.
On fridays we serve fish or sausages with chips. Lunches need to be ordered before 11:30am and can be placed over the telephone as well as in person.
Sunday's member-led session offers a set cooked breakfast which must be ordered before 1:00pm.

We provide a selection of board games such as bingo, scrabble, chess and draughts. For the more sporty we also have a snooker table and a table tennis table.
There is no obligation to participate in any activities, if you prefer to just sit quietly and take a moment for yourself, a variety of newspapers are available on a daily basis.
