If you need mental health support now

If you are struggling and need urgent mental health support, please know you're not alone—and help is available 24/7.  Whether you're in crisis or just need someone to talk to, there is a lot of support available.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

If you feel you are in crisis

If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health crisis, please call the South West London Mental Health Crisis Line:

📞 0800 028 8000
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
You do not need to be previously known to mental health services to call. You can call for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Alternatively, you can call 111 and select the mental health option.

Both services have a team of mental health specialists who can:

  • Provide professional support and advice by phone
  • Direct you to the right service for your needs
  • Help you to get seen by a professional if you need an urgent assessment and arrange further support if needed.

Call 999 or go to A&E if someone’s life is at risk - for example if they are experiencing a medical emergency, have seriously injured themselves or taken an overdose, or you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.
